Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your Order within 7 days of receiving the Goods without giving any reason.

We will process your refund within 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the Goods must meet the following conditions:

  • In original packaging and in the same condition as received

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Non-returnable Items The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized

  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date

  • Items unsealed for health or hygiene reasons

  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale, clearance, and discounted items are generally non-refundable (unless required by applicable law).

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Please ship the items to:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 7–14 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.
